DSA BP IS MONEY AND EXP WILL BE USED FOR DETERMINING RANK.
Now each dorm gets a specific amount of Exp required to be allowed to attempt a rank-up duel
See as the following for requirements to attempt a rank match:
STARTING BP = 1/2 STARTING EXP
RED STARTS WITH lv 5 500 exp
RED TO YELLOW lv 10 1000 exp
YELLOW TO BLUE lv 15 1500 …
