| Subject: The Inzektors Thu Dec 29, 2011 12:37 am | |
| There are some things to remember. There are Variants So i'll break this into a section Table of contentents 1A. Rulings 2A. Inzektors 2B. Inzektor Wind-Ups
1A. Rulings: There are a few things to know. First off, The simple things. Inzektors are insects that equip to each other from the hand or grave, but NOT the field. Each inzektor gives another Inzektor monster a special ability.
Lets say an Inzektor player uses "Dimensional Fissure", A card that removes any monster sent to the graveyard from play. Well, an Inzektor monster equiped to another Inzektor monster WILL be sent to the graveyard instead of removed, because it is NOT treated as a monster. The same thing applies with XYZ materials.
Chaining Maxx "C" To the activation of an "Inzektor" monster will not let you draw cards, as it equips from the grave or hand, and is not a special summon. It will, However, Let you draw if a monster is special summoned from the deck by the effect of "Inzektor Dragonfly"
2A. Inzektors
First things first, you MUST MUST MUST find ANYWAY to keep "Inzektor Dragonfly" off the field, because if she is summon, that means that your opponet has "Inzektor Hornet" in their hand or graveyard, and there will be trouble for you. "Inzektor Hornet" Is a card that equips to an Inzektors monster, and can be sent to the grave to destroy one card on the field. If used with Dragonfly, Well, She'll summon an Inzektor monster from the deck execpt "Inzektor Dragonfly". Intelligent players will special summon "Inzektor Centipede" and use his effect to equip the same "Inzektor Hornet" from the grave to destroy another card on the field. Inzektor Hornet has a slightly different effect. When his equip card is sent to the grave, it brings one Inzektor monster from your deck to your hand. You can choose another "Inzektor Dragonfly"(Recommended) Or an "Inzektor Giga-Mantis"(NOT recommended). Then they will probably Xyz for a Rank Three XYZ monster, and repeat it all again next turn. You have to watch out for this, as it is the strongest card in the deck.
2A(1) Weaknesses: The way to defeat them is to exploit their weaknesses. You want to have few cards on the field, so they can't destroy them with "Inzektor Dragonfly". Also, Use "Effect Veiler" To stop "Inzektor Dragonfly" dead in her tracks, Leaving a weak level 3, 1000 attack monster for you to run over next turn. Another thing to use is "D.D. Crow". D.D. Crow will yank "Inzektor Hornet" Right out of their graveyard and will stop them from using it anymore. Yet another good solution is to use "Solemn Warning" and "Solemn Judgement", Because more than anything, Inzektors rely on their Normal Summon. Maxx "C" will also help you a little bit. If you chain to to dragonfly's effect, and Dragonfly special summons a monster, you get to draw. If they XYZ with them, You get to draw again. Book of moon will flip Dragonfly face down. She can't activate her effect face down. The final weakness i'll talk about is "Thunder King Rai-Oh". Use this, because they will set up to XYZ, and you can negate it, and laugh in their faces.
2A(2) Cards not to use: Dimensional Fissure: More than often, they run one already, and it will hurt you more than them, as they rarley get cards sent to the grave. Bottomless Trap Hole: Realistically, You should use this. The only problem is, It won't negate "Inzektor Dragonfly" With 1000 attack or "Inzektor Hornet" with 500 attack. If you must use monster removal, use the original "Trap Hole". That will take out Dragonfly.
2B: Inzektor Wind-Ups
This will be a short section, as it doesn't cover much. The Inzektor Wind-Up build is just the normal Inzektors with 1 or 2 (depending on preferance) "Wind-Up Hunter" and 3 "Wind up rat". Also, In the Extra deck, they will use 3 "Wind-Up Zenmaighty". Basically, If "Wind-Up Hunter" Is on the field or in the grave, they can get out a level 3 monster, or 2, depending, and XYZ for "Wind Up Zenmaighty". They then try to use "Wind-Up Zenamighty". Wind-Up Zenmaighty's effect activates, which detaches one material to special summon one "Wind-Up" monster from the deck. They will special summon "Wind-Up Rat" in attack mode. They will activate "Wind-Up Rat" to change it to defence position, and Special Summon "Wind-Up Hunter" from the grave. They activate "Wind-Up Hunter" to destroy "Wind-Up Zenmaighty" to discard one card from your hand. Then, they overlay "Wind-Up Rat" and "Wind-Up Hunter" for another zenmaighty, and repeat by detaching "Wind-Up Hunter".
2B(1): Stopping it
1. Effect Veiler. Always have one handy, Wind-Up Zenmaighty only has 1500 attack and defence, not hard to run over. 2. Solemn Twins. They will make it die 3. Bottomless Trap Hole. It will banish it. 4. Prohibition. Declare "Inzektor Dragonfly" or "Inzektor Centipede". Prepare for the lulz. 5. DNA Transplant. Insect Barrier? Nah...
That is all for this one, See you next time.

| cards to side against inzektor effect veiler and crow. veiler and crow are good because it stops most of the combo and they wont have massive field advantage on u after they end there turn
cards to side for inzektor wind up 3 maxx c and 3 effect veiler. if u maxx c the wind up combo they will not overthink theyre play and make themselves go negative so they will just end turn and the decks dont run protection so it makes it so u can have a turn and with the cards u draw from maxx c u can attempt to otk or get the combo out of the way
